What are the shipping options?For small products we use Royal mail tracked 24 or tracked 48, but for tables and other large items we will use Parcelforce. Shipping will only take place on weekdays and not on the weekends. If you want other shipping option, please contact us and we will help you.

What do I do if I received a defective order?We take great care in the packaging of our products, but if you do receive a defective product we would require pictures, where exactly can see defect and package from inside and outside. Also require you to mail back the product, and after assessing the return product a refund will be processed straight away or can do replacement, how you wish.

How do I contact your company if my question isn’t answered here?The most easiest and effecient way to contact is is through our chat (can find in left corner on any page) or email (customgraphicsandgifts@gmail.com), where we aim to reply back as soon as possible.

Can I return item, if I change my mind?Yes, just if you bought from listing, not as custom order. Also you would pay postage cost for it.

Can I request other sizes for tables, cutting boards, lamps etc.?Yes, you can get in touch with us and we will check, what we can do for you. Just remember, that for larger sizes will be larger prices.
