For small products we use Royal mail tracked 24 or tracked 48, but for tables and other large items we will use Parcelforce. Shipping will only take place on weekdays and not on the weekends. If you want other shipping option, please contact us and we will help you.

We take great care in the packaging of our products, but if you do receive a defective product we would require pictures, where exactly can see defect and package from inside and outside. Also require you to mail back the product, and after assessing the return product a refund will be processed straight away or can do replacement, how you wish.
